ahhhh, as stupid as i will feel, i'll tell you what was wrong....

when i had my 1988 GX i didnt have to push the clutch in, my 1989 JDM FC i dont have to push the clutch in, my friend came over and was like "it's domestic, mabe you have to push the clutch in?", so i tried it, and it worked, hahaha....

it cranks and cranks and cranks, but doesent fire, i'm going to start pulling the plugs tommorow and go from there, it's obvious that it floods like a **** though, when i pull the EGI fuse out and crank it a few i get nothing but the strong scent of gas....
