MSD coils, must have box?

i've got 2 blaster2 coils for the leading coils. is it necessary to connect a msd6 box?

i am running motec m2r on a t2.

how many of you are running MSD coils? with/with out box?

are you runnin 4 ch ign ? if so I would. i'm runnin 2 pro coils for leading which are fired w/ the 7al x 2 and runnin 2 hvc havoc coils for trailing w/ are fired w/ a 6al x 2 haltech e-11 4 ch ign.

i think i figured out what the issue is. the stock coils actually do have an amp attached to them. So in order to use the msd coils, I'd need to wire them to the stock amplifier, or get an msd 6a.

Does anyone know the output of the stock coil amplifier for a second gen T2? I am looking to compare the millijoules to that of an MSD 6.

ANY info would be appreciated.
I want to use the stock coil amp with MSD blaster 2 coils.
