Mounting Bride Seats into FC
I have a Bride Zeta seat I'd like to install into my FC. I wouldn't mind picking up Bride brackets but no local dealer has them and I really don't want to pay for shipping. I'm confident that the sparco ones would fit but I don't know how much modification I would have to do.
I'm still a little confused if the whole seat slider system needs to be replaced or it'll attach to the stock sliders?
I'm sure you guys have some experience with this and know what my best option is.
Thanks for the help in advance.

I'm not in So Cal and I really want to get this done before SS. I'm probably going to pick up some side mount brackets from memoryfab and try to get them on my stock sliders. My buddy has done it in his FD.
Your stock sliders can be fitted to your bride side mount brackets with a little modification.
If you unbolt the sliders from the stock seats and line up the holes of the sliders to the slits on the side brackets from the Bride seats, you'll see that one hole lines up perfect and the other one is off by a few centimeters.
What you would need to do it cut off a piece of the metal that separates the slits from one another so the slit becomes bigger. Then you'll just need a bigger washer to ensure that the nut and bolt doesn't slip through while bolted.
It's a really simple task to do, but of course, do this at your own risk.
I did the same thing for my Bride Gardis 3 and it worked fine. If I'm not mistaken, the stock sliders sit lower then the Bride sliders. Might want to check up on that.
And the seat still can be adjusted.

Hey guys, thanks a lot of the input. I've been told many times that Memory Fab slider/brackets are very low so I wanted to stay away from them. However, I called in yesterday and found out that a new slider and bracket is $180 and no tax. I'm no mechanical engineer and I want to be safe in my car so I decided to go get it.
They're called "super low seatrails" but when I put everything in, the seat is only slightly lower than stock. I'd definitely suggest this option for anyone who doesn't want to do any custom fabrication. The installation was very easy even though lining everything up is a hassle.
I'm going to realign everything today and I'll probably take pictures too so I can post up a small tutorial.
Driving around in the bucket seat makes everything feel a lot different. I'm not tossed around in the corners anymore and the support of this seat is amazing.

My Corbeau seats were fine in the Fc w/o sun roof. But now they are in one with the sun roof and on track days I have to angle my head and drive with the seat leaned back further than i like. My helmet still hits sometimes.

This may help:

It describes how I mounted some generic China sport seats into my car. Since the Bride seats used the same mounting arrangement, you could just modify the stock brackets as I have done.
