motor swap

Could somebody send me a step by step procedure to take a 13B turboII motor out... I'm planning on swaping it out and put a JDM motor in... it would be very helpful if i had some steps and advice...

get a haynes manual......
you are already on this site, so cross that off your list
thirdly DIY 13b....GREAT set of dvd's recommend them to anyone planning on a build............even though your just swapping - they are a worth while investment

yeah, really buy the goddamn haynes manual, or a chilton. ( i bought both-- there's some info that if one doesnt have, the other will)
