I actually got it started! but it sounds really weird, and i'm not sure what's wrong. the water pump is leaking, and there is serious amounts of smoke. what shouold I do? i turned off the motor cuz it was smoking so much and it sounds like both rotors arent running because the sound is completely different. i didnt even try moving it in gear because i didnt want to destroy something. so should I let it run in one place? should I drive it? or should i fix the water pump first? I think the water pump isn't tightened because I bought the motor from someone else, but i never checked if the water pump was tightened, and it looks like there's a bit of a gap, when i compare it to my old motor.

 

does it have a gasket and rtv beetween the pump and the pump housing?

 

i'm pretty sure it has a gasket, but I don't see any rtv in there. should I put rtv? actually I chewcked it again and it looks like it's leaking from the pipe which was actually LOOSE! xD. I tightened it, but the guy before me has the wrong clamp installed, so actually I think it's just the pipe which let it leak down to the housing. so should I start it up again? or leave it?
