Angry motor shaking bad... need help

I let my friend take my car to a shop today so he could do an alignment on it. He brings my car back telling me that it is getting too much fuel. This guy doesnt know **** about rotaries. It sounds like it is running on only one rotor and the engine is shaking really bad. If anyone has any info they could give me i would greatly appreciate it. Oh, it's a 10th AE by the way.

p.s.
The car was running perfectly yesterday and he claims he never revved it over 2500.

It maybe the motor mounts the reason your car is shaking. Get a compression test done to find out if its running on one rotor. I don't belive the part about your friend not revving above 2500k. If your engine boogeys, then he caught a case of the leadfoot.

The motor mounts are good. Not only does the engine shake, it sounds like it is idling at 400 ( i dont have any gauges). And it sounds like ****. About the compression test, aside from getting a compression tester, how do you check it?

pull the plugs and listen for three evenly spaced "whoosh" sounds from each rotor
