Unhappy motor seized cooled down freed up

what the eff. i just rebuilt in an put it in. I couldnt get it started so i towed in down the street an around the block after cleaning out all the 2 cycle it fired up. It ran good but was making a weird noise up front. Like a belt was shreding, i drove it up an around the corner going back down my block. Got about a house away let off an it just shut off. I tryed starting it an click click got out tryed to turn it by hand nothing. Tryed a 19 nothing. so i got mad an left it.

I gave it about 15 mins got back in the car to push it in the back an said ahh what the heck if its screwed owell, tryed turning it over an it turned over. but slow then got up to speed an stopped again like it heated up again. When i put my front end spacer it was really tight on the eshaft an had to pry the flywheel up to get the feeler gauge. Could that be the problem should i go with a bigger spacer to see if it frees me of this head ache. this is the third time i rebuilt it. got new/used irons an a rear rotor the thrid time. the first time was my fault i let a peice out an then i ran it an over ported to it broke my side seals an pinched the rear rotor. anyone please

Wow, that sucks, can't help you, as it does seem like it was put together incorrectly, but I am going to wish you good luck.

Was your front spacer leaving you with play on the shaft within the spec? I don't know off the top of my head what the spec calls for, but if you couldn't fit the minimum gauge (or any gauge for that matter) then when you're motor warmed up (and the metal expanded) you were probably making a whole lot of drag/wear on the engine. Need to have some play. Check the FSM.

sure thing beefhole lol (sweet name) . umm i think it was like .0016 to .0032 i got it about .0016 but it was me having to pry on the fly wheel to get it up an to even get the feeler gauge in. ill see if its that i let it sit an tryed starting or turning it over now an it seems to be turning over but then it gets really hard an just slow down to a stop. so ill get a spacer from mazdatrix an see what happens then.

So ONLY by forcing the flywheel to raise the shaft, you are able to get the minimum gauge in. I'd say it sounds like you need to get a bigger spacer. You should be able to get the proper gauge in without forcing anything.
