I demand a bridgeport! Regardless, have you cracked open the block to see the extent of the damage?

lol, you dork...

i could have it up and running again in a day but i have a shop to run and a list of people waiting for their rebuilds to be done also.

personally i was thinking of doing a few changes with the engine but i don't feel like cracking it all the way open so it will be as it was before with the exception of the S5 rear iron, going to limit it to 17PSI or less until i either run a different turbo or run a mix of C16 or methanol injection.

i still want to see what it puts down with just the large streetport and the rather small .60A/R AiResearch hybrid then i will upgrade to something a little more fitting. my goal was 400 to the wheels on 91 with this setup which would be rather amazing but we will see since all i have to judge it by is another 7 i helped mod which dynoed at 300RWHP at 11PSI (BNR stage 3 hybrid) which is now at 15PSI but mine i still feel pulls a little harder when i had it at 18PSI. i just wish there was more decent dynos available around here...i have one available but it is 1.5 hours away and time is limited.

you also have to keep in mind i am only running a rather small and slightly restrictive saab 9000 intercooler and an OEM metal replacement radiator. it will be getting port matched while it is out though and maybe the additional injection kit installed.

IC pipes have already been painted and the battery relocated and with a little help from the oil wash from a few weeks ago the engine bay is fairly clean now but will be getting thoroughly cleaned while the engine is out.

i also am going to try and finish the true CAI before SS.

don't worry though, i have plans for building a full bridge zombified engine completely out of scrap parts, now that one should be interesting.

still contemplating seeing what i can push out of this tiny turbo with a full tank of C16 though... like pushing the little ****** til it gives up

oh, and here is an idea of how little this bastard is to give an idea of how much i am relying on the porting not just the turbo to produce. it's been pulling strong for about 15k miles now and has seen over 18PSI with no smoke or side affects of the high boost levels.

i don't think i will be getting any numbers prior to SS9 though, i don't want to have to roll down to LA in my SE beater.

sry J-Rat i kno you have probably stated this quite a few times but what was your old setup? I think i remember you having stock internals? I would like to build My 10AE to around your same number but i would like to try and do it with stock or mostly stock internals. BTW what happened !?!?!

It was stock internals, and he cracked the rear iron when his boost spiked from the wastegate line melting.

his engine was a bone stock keg s4 mazda reman iirc.

the only upgrades to mine was a thermal pellet and the fairly large streetport, nothing radical as i needed it to pass emissions.

Wastegate line fell off, and the engine hit like 28 PSI.
