motor help

i was wondering can i use a gtu motor wit a automatic transmission and automatic harness and ecu

And what series is the motor? S4 or S5 GTU?

No such thing as an automatic EM harness or ecu either. Transmission doesn't matter.

You can run an automatic transmission as long as you have the automatic counterweight at the back of the motor.

no harness change needed afaik

now the question is, WHY???? the automatic rx7's are absolute turds.

automatic cause i cant drive stick....im hadicap so i wanted a stronger motor instead of the gxl

GXL is just the trim level of the car. All motors in all NA cars of the same series have the same hp/tq.

88 GTU and 89-91 GTUs were the same n/a cars with turbo suspension (front swaybar, shocks and springs) and a n/a lsd diff.

The 89-91 GTUs also had a different 5th gear and a 4.3 rear end.
