I have an 86 sport with turbo awap running the j-spec harness, and was wondering if the old na harness is the same just missing the knock sens? would be nice to go back to my old harness

 

Watch it, cause some of the 1986 electrical stuff is significantly different than the 1987 - 1988 stuff.

Basic differences are the knock sensor and the fuel pump resistor circuit.
In 1987 mid-year, the fuel injector impedences were switched, and no resistor "box" was used for turbos (and NA?).

well the harness that i have on my car that is j-spec has a resistor box, And the na harness that i have has one too, so all i would have to add is the knock???
