Angry Most F****d up problem ever.

My primary injector on the front rotor isnt working. I tested the grommet using a Bosch noid tester, and it lit up and pulsed when i turned it over, so i replaced the injector with a rebuild from Autozone. It seemed to rev a little faster after that(but it could have just been my imagination) so i took it for a drive down the road. It bogged when i took off at 1k rpm, and didnt accelerate very fast at all, then i hit 5k and it felt like a switch had been turned on, it pulled really damn hard then, but it kind of scared me for a second, so i shut it down at 6k, then drove back slowly. Im getting heavy vibration at low rpm, and i think the secondary on the front rotor had kicked on and the rotor started firing. The rotor had good compression and spark, and ive checked all of my grounds. Could the rebuilt injector be bad too? Im all out of ideas here.

maybe both primaries aren't flowing the same, so at the bottom end you're getting too much fuel from one of the pri's which causes kind of a mismatch in power output for each rotor. Then in the top end you've got enough air flowing (through the side w/ your higher flowing inj.) that the extra fuel actually helps boost power. You may want to get all the injectors cleaned up / rebuilt so that they are all matching fuel flow.

no, its the right injector. and it seems that the front rotor isnt getting any fuel at all until the secondary kicks in. the power differnce between the rotor not working and when the secondary turns on is very very noticable.

i was just thinking, could there be some sort of blockage in the fuel rail between the front and rear primaries? is there some sort of check valve in the system?
