Models, Turbos.
Is there a way to tell the year and model of a car? Is the only way to tell if it is turbo by the scoop in the hood? There is this RX7 in my parking garage, but i dont know what year it is, and i cant tell if is turbo. It has two exhaust pipes, but does this tell me anything? And the back seems kind of round. Any thoughts

Hood-scoop=Turbo 
If the tail-lights are circles under a smoked lense then the car is most likely an 89-91 car. Same thing if the body side mouldings are body colored.
