uhm rotory engines don't misfire sometimes unless someone screwed up the timing.. maybe your talking about backfires where you here big or small pops from the exhaust??

the reason Rotaries are so prone to backfires is because of our hot exhaust temps and pig rich A/F ratio's .. also alot of our cars are getting old so the electronics that are supposed to shut off fuel when throttle is closed don't work very well
if you really wanna get more pops or louder ones .. get rid of all emissions including airpup, ACV, Rats nest, cats and get a stainless steel exhaust that will retain more heat thus being able to ignite your unburnt fuel much better

lol no joking i had my mazdatrix dual exhaust under my bed with a set of rims and rubber, guages and clutch and who knows what else all stockpiled in my room b4 i had time and started putting them all on my car .. some of my guages and custom dash are still awaiting install

Yea time is a precious thing, I never seem to have any of it for the car There are so many things that I want to do to it! and I CAN do it, they aren't just hopes and dreams like when you were a kid, its just no ******* time...
