Miscelaneous TII questions

Ok, I just picked up an S4 TII engine and tranny (seperately), and will be dropping them in my vert.

First, I need some help on mating them. What size/length/threading are the bolts that connect the two? What are the specs on the starter motor bolts, and the ones that hold on the clutch slave cyl? How about the ones for attaching the pressure plate to the flywheel?

Also, Im looking for a starter, the clutch slave, the rubber hoses connecting intercooler to throttle body, and turbo to MAF? maybe these last two are trying to tell me to go FMIC, but im trying to get the engine in and running before i begin any upgrades.

If anyone has any of these bits laying around, please let me know, im in northern NJ

Thanks!
