Mirrors L/H-R/H drive?
Just read the other post about replacment mirror(s)
cant get the aero type with the holes in UK on ANY model EVER.
BUT if I could get some for my 91-TII from U.S. would
they be ussable i.e. would they work to the right sort of
angle.I know its sounds daft but could some one sit
in their own passenger seat and see If the mirrors will
adust so they are usefull!.
Thanks very much in advance.
(thoose mirrors would be so coooool here!)

I just went out and sat in my passenger's seat(boy, that was an odd feeling, esp. trying to imagine a steering wheel in front of me), anyway, the results: Yep, worked fine. After I made the adjustments, I hopped out of the car and checked the angle of the mirrors inside their housings. The RHS mirror looked fine, the LHS looked like it was approaching it's limit of being able to rotate. So there was a big gap between the mirror and the housing. If that doesn't bother you, go for it I say! You're other option would be aftermarket mirrors from bomex or something. There's the spoon "triangle" type. Heck, hehe, buy me those and you can have my mirrors
