here r a few idle problems i have and wonder if anyone caould give some idea on how to fix them (i know i should search but have u ever searched idle problems before? u would know y i posted instead)

first one: i have been making a cold air box for my car, i useualy have the afm screwed into one of the oem air box brakets to hold it straight, well i had to remove it to fit the box and left the filter hanging, for some reasion i lost alot of top end power, so i put the the braket back on and walla topend power restored, but now my car has a very small back fire problem when idleing...... anyone know y it is doing this now?

second one: like most of u have the dreaded "auto rev sendrom" (when the car is cold and the idle jumps between 1k, 1.5 k till it is fully warm) y is it when i am putting gas in it, it will idle fine weather cold r hot, and then as soon as i finish it will start doing it's little rev dance?

Cracked TID? AFM hanging & pulling crack open? AFM tilted significantly?

- TPS or BAC out of whack.

 

tps is adjusted, and bac was cleaned and tested both r working properly (well last month they were) i was gonna check the timing but there r no marks on my pullies
