hey guys theres this kid that i know that has a 87 n/a that he said he would sell to me for 500. and he said tha the would work down on the price. he said that the front section of the motor (were the water pump bolts too) has a crack in it. i am thinking of getting it but i would like to know if the part of the houseing can fixed or can i jsut buy that part. and about how mutch would it cost to get a rebuld kit for it(if anyone knows off hand). would it be worth 500 or should i talk him down?
anyhelp would be great. im going tomarrow or sat to look at it. and ill keep you guys informed.

talk him down...and why not? i don't know how bad the crack is so i can't say if it'll be repairable but it might be if it's not real big...personally, i'd get a replacement (most likely used)
