The ENGINE fuse powers the fuel pump. See if you blew it, AFTER your jumper the small, two socket, yellow in color, fuel pump check connector near the front of the right sturt tower.

There is no voltage there on that plug. What your doing is jumpering one wire that goes to gnd, to the other wire that goes to the circuit opening relays coil. See the free online FSM wiring schematic.

IF the key is to ON, and you jumper the small, two socket. yellow in color fuel pump check connector, the pump WILL run. IF the engine fuse is good.

I just repeated what was written above by others. You didn't reply as to whether you did what they asked. That's puzzling.

thanks, i havent gotten a chance to work on the car, its been really hot in NYC and it was pouring today. So as soon as the weather permits i will start playing with da ride

AFM conked out, FP was good. Biggest vaccuuum leak ever, portions of the old gaskets were stuck to the top of the UIM and that was the whole reason why the car wouldnt IDLE.

SO for those of you with similar issues dont make the same mistake i did.
