Mazdaspeed steerig wheel and shifter

Hey guys just got a question. I came across a mazdaspeed steering wheel and shifter off an fd. Would they fit an fc? I'm guessing I'll probably need a different hub adapter and that it for he wheel.

The shifters are different so that will not work. You will be able to use the wheel though and it uses the same hub as the FC so it'll bolt right up. Almost all 90's Mazdas use one hub for every vehicle.

well if it's just the FD **** then you can put an S5 shifter in your S4 trans and run the FD **** on it.
It's a couple extra bucks to accomplish the fact that you are just doing it for the ****.
If the MazdaSpeed steering wheel is aftermarket( like Momo pattern, six bolt) then you can buy a Steering wheel hub for the FC and run the Wheel.

The FD is an airbag car and so uses a clockspring at the hub>column joint instead of the FC slipring horn contact.
Your turnsignal cancel should function just fine but you may have to redrill the holes in the hub for the transfer collar.

I've used several Mazda OEM airbagged wheels and as long as the splines match and it sits on the taper properly, you're fine.
The other mods (possibly) required are trivial.
