Perhaps the same color as my Supra??? I do have a "silent partner" in the project, who's paying for the paint. He likes Corvette milenium yellow, or a Ferrari/corvette red. We shall see. It is a race car, otherwise I would paint it a dark silver/graphite, or the blue for sure.

It is no longer made, perhaps Chuck would sell the mold to someone that wanted to take on a project. Carl
okay thanks I just go widebody then

What are you going to run that in?? A Track Day/autox?? or a racing series?

I'm not sure what sactioting body runs with the mods you have...either way, great work!!

To any doubters of how it'll look...umm, it dosen't matter -- i think he's going for fast over looks anyways.

That is just DAMNED beautiful, it will look even better once it is a uniform color, I think a nice Snow White Pearl or Ferrari Red, would look sexy as all hell. Spirit R sure would look purty too though . Regardless everything looks freaking unbelievable and I cannot wait till you are done.

The car is being built for fun/race. I will be competing in NASA Super Unlimited road racing, it MAY be eligible for ITE, but I doubt it. My wife and I will also autocross it locally with a slightly smaller turbo. The car is designed to run on two different turbos, and two different exhausts based on whether I want more power, or faster spool(since I never did find a magic turbo).
Fritz, I guess Fujita got those '99 lights on an FC first... I called them about an HID conversion for the '99s, but they never did come through with it.
I'll try and take a good side shot to go with the front so some Photoshoppers can give it a whirl.
When I get rich I will by some SSR SP1 Proffesors, and some DOT R compounds so I can hit the street from time to time.

He will be running with NASA in the Super Unlimited class. Basically it is a run what you brung catergory for cars that don't fit anywhere else. Hopefull I'll get a race with him in my own widebody project during the 2005 season. Maybe we should be a team Carl?

Some serious machinery in that area.

Car looks great Carl and I hope you get it done by the 17th. What else do you have to do to it? I imagine you'll be trailering it.

I received your paypal deposit btw.

Damn. I can't wait to see dyno's graphs from both of you. You're tunning the vert right Dave? Are either of you going to make it to SS7 this year?

Gotta love built FC's

Awesome, I didn't know a class exsited for machines like that...But then again, it is CA, haha.

What kinds of cars are popular in the Super Unlimited classes? I'm assuming big V8s here...

I should be at SS7, I'm just hoping my used turbo really is a Q trim. I am seriously considering buying a 67 Q trim in case I come up short w/the T66. I think Dave is waiting on a motor .

Carl Fujita didn't have em first it was just a photochop done by myself for fun. It sure would look nice though. I just finished playing shade the layers and I am almost done with a nice metal flake looking cherry Red for your pic. I will have it done in a jif just need to chop the 99's onto your front bumper .

Why don't you buy a 67GTQ with a 1.0 AR divided housing... and then I'll trade you for my .84
But then you'd have to run a 4" exhaust...

I'll stall Steve while he's here to buy you some time

Except for the slicks, you should be fine in ITE.

Slightly less tinny variation on the red.

Nice Fritz, I know it is a bunch of work to make it look right. Can you drag the Supra color onto the FC, or Yellow?

Here's a picture to give everyone a perspective on tire size, I think I may need to look at a narrowed rear end
