I needed a long bolt for adjusting the tension on my Rex and they wanted that amount for an assembly. I went to another dealership with the part number and got it for $15. Moral, Mazda is proud of their parts and services. I think that you could find some other places that won't charge nearly that much, but you may have to send the injectors in to them. Tryh some research and you will find what I am talking about. The cleaning service is very reasonable and quick, but I can't remember the name or where they are.

i doubt they clean them like you are supposed to, they dont have the equpitment more than linkely

you'd want to send them off to be properly cleaned internally, there is a place in cali that does it cheap and does a good job, someone posted the link somewhere

if you send them off (cant remember where) its about 12 bucks an injector plus shipping. and they flow test them and clean them RIGHT.

yeah, I got mine done @ Cruizin' Performance (in michigan, I thinK?)... fast service/turn around (less than two weeks total turn around time), at 12 bucks apeice.. I highly recommend them. If your mazda dealership has the proper equipment to clean them ultrasonically (which I doubt), then that wouldn't be too bad of a price if you're scared to take off the upper intake manifold yourself.

Before you commit to anything, find out what their injector cleaning procedure really is. most likely you'll find it's the equivalent of dumping a few bottles of injector cleaner into your gas (read: Worthless).
