Depends entirely on the tune of the carb

can you tune a carb to be a better daily driver, or a race car. or does it just consist of making the air and fuel ratio the same and all that?

well lets assume a really good tune job by J&H racing

It is very difficult to make a carb work well as fuel injection in a daily driver unless you live in a rather mild or consistent climate and even then the tune for best power and the tune for running fine to and from work, are two different things.

I am not saying that it can't be done... I am just saying that it is very difficult to ever make a carb run as well as FI on a daily basis.

The last carbed vehicle I had, I tuned weekly.
