max whp with stock fuel lines?
Hi guys, a question for all you guys running stock fuel lines with big hp. whats the max whp acheived with stock fuel lines and upgraded fuel pumps,
ive called a dozen local performance shops 11 said upgrade the lines for more power but 1 shop who specialises more with fuel systems said dont bother changing unless your after 1000hp or more.
im running standard lines with 1 walbro pump and t61 masterpower turbo @1.3bar, i need to upgrade my fuel system to support the new t-64 masterpower @1.5bar so ive installed a second walbro intank. not sure if i can just t into the one line or run a seperate line to the motor for the new pump.
Has anybody had success with the single stock fuel line? ie 500-600whp

i did just went to a dual walbro set up, i ran a seperate line . one fuel pump for each rail, i think this way would be much better than using a tee and having only one line for two pumps

The stock lines are the same size as AN -6, which is good for about 550-600HP. The Walbro pump will do 400HP easily, so if you have two you'll be fine for almost anything.
