Many Haltech guys use 550cc primaries and 1600cc secondaries.

I don't know at what point the stock fuel rails become a problem. That's what fuel pressure gauges are for . Probably somewhere north of 400hp would be my guess.

well i Need at least 800cc in both primaries and secondaries! and i do not have a haltech as i cannot afford it! and i do not have a stock turbo to put back onto my car! so I Am looking at the Greddy e-manage and 820cc is the biggest i can put in! so i figured that i would ask if anybody knew what the max that the stock feul rails would handle. So if anybody knows let me know!

500hp is about the limit.&nbsp I would worry about the 5/16" hard metal fuel lines more than the fuel rails itself...

The car uses 5/16" hard metal lines from the gas tank to the front before the fuel filter.&nbsp I recommend changing them to min -6 AN SS lines if you're shooting over 500hp from the engine.

For your application, the stock stuff sounds fine.

on stock ecu?

but as for injectors.. I don't know of anything that size. lots use 720's in the stock rails. the 1600's need to have the rail modified to fit them. I don't know of anything inbetween that will fit in the stock rails..

I have 1000cc Secondaries in my stock secondary rails. I had a set of stock 550cc injectors inlarged so i would not have to deal with the impeadance factor, my injectors are high imp. Hard to find them in a large format. I use a S-AFC ... so with +50 being max, i wanted some tuning room so i went 1000, instead of 1100.

wow they made them from 550 to 1000? was that at RC ? I was thinking about doing something like that since there are no bolt in's for the S5's...

Yup it was RC, they said they can usally go %50 over. that would put them max at 1100, but like I said I wanted some tuneabilty so i stopped at 1000. Or else I would have to set the S-AFC at max, and have nothing to work with.

NOT cheap though. $180 per injector! but nothing considering the gains.. and all the other money i spend on this thing ... you know what I mean
