matchporting the turbine inlet on S4
well yeah i wanted to do this matchporting on the zenki turbo described on:
http://www.fc3spro.com/TECH/HOWTO/TU...ORT/tport.html
so i what i wanted to know is how much would this affect the performance of my car? will it increase response and and lower the amount of revs it takes for the turbo to kick in?

Well what you should see is better flow due to the balanced and ported housing. This means the turbo should make an extra PSI or so. It should be more efficent but I dont think you will see quicker spool times. If you think about it the larger your exhaust the more time it takes to spool but it makes more power and more boost because once it gets going it can expell exhaust gases more quickly. I would say spool up time will be the same just that at high rpms it should not drop off(if you have the wg ported otherwise it will creep). That is my opinion but I have not done this mod yet. It will come bery soon along with the tb mod. Just think of it similar to adding a larger DP your mid and high rpms make more power but the low is somewhat the same if not slower.
