Well, since you obviously did no homework. Why don't we just go into debth about their warranty. Ok, lets see, here's the SS Auto Chrome's 'warranty' information.
SSAutoChrome Inc. shall not be liable for any consequential, special or contingent damages, expense, or injury arising directly or indirectly from any defect in its goods or from the use of any goods, defective or otherwise. Any warranties implied by law are limited in duration to the duration of this warranty.
Hrm... that doesn't seem to be it, how about XS-power, who made the turbo?
Due to the nature of the use of these products, no warranty is implied or given.
Nope... not them either.
Their turbos are GREAT for cracking and seizing up. Their oil seals generally seem to be the first thing to go (usually within 500 miles).

Their product sucks and their warranty as SonicRat has said blows. Not alot of people buy SSAutoChrome products on this forum (Mainly their turbo kit) because they read up on reviews. Would you buy a new computer from a company that offers no warranty and has about 85% bad reviews?

I have seen personally the cheap knock off HKS Wastegates, a friend of mine picked one up in the local turbo shop to try it out. No problem on a piston motor for 5k miles so far, but I think on a rotary engine, it might not take the heat. On the Turbo, I would stay far away from that unit.
Gambled and bought one of the stainless knock off HKS Manifolds, thinking worse comes to worse I will cut it down for flanges, I haven't had a chance to look at it yet and try fitment issues. Look for a review in the next couple of days on nopistons. I will mic the wall thickness of the steel, check the flanges for warping via a streight edge, and inpect the welds and see what if any repairs need to be made to it.

i put a ssautochrome header on my friend's 98' civic, its been on for like a year with no problems, not much power gain although it looks cool even after it tinned a bronze color. No leaks, and it looked high quality with good fitment but came without the last donut gasket. fast delivery and very cheap price, turbo is a lot to play with though.

Someone on Supraforums.com bought an SSAutochome single turbo manifold for his Mk. IV Supra. I advise you take a look at the quality of the manifold, then make your decision on if you want anything from them. The inside of the manifold is lumpy as hell because they don't take the time to whittle down the **** left inside from welding it together.
It's been said many times before, and although it doesn't apply to much in the automotive world, you get exactly what you pay for.

i dont know much about their turbo systems, but i pruchased the 3" turbo back and it fits fine and looks good and i got a huge performance boost out of it more than my Apexi N1. No gaskets have blown and no cracks have developed in the exaust anywhere. I havent had any problems with it and i have to say that for $250 it was well worth it. I just cannot and will not pay $600 + for a stamp or a badge b/c in my opinion, yes you do get what you pay for and if a stamp or badge that has some cool name on it is worth $350 to you, then by all means go for it. They both do the same friggin thing and offer basically the same performance + or- 2hp. I dont think there is anything wrong with a little competition. Now, once again, this is for the exhaust system, not their turbo system. I honestly think that the turbo system is just one of those things that is "too good to be true" but at least your asking for PERSONAL experience with these products and not one personal experience has been posted.

Funny how the poster asks for ONLY comments from actual users only to get spammed with more useless junk, and even from the moderator.
From the count I see it's 2 good reports to 2 bad reports and that's about on par with every other product out there?
