Master Cylinder Replacment Instructions?¿
Does anyone know where there is some nice detailed instructions on replacing the master cylinder. Maybe a few pointers. Is it absolutely neccisary to have a buddy to help out or can I do it as a loner. Im out here right now and I want to work on it theres some parties tonight!

If you don't have the tools to bleed brakes yourself, you'll need a buddy for that part. The biggest piece of advice I can offer is to bench bleed the master before you bolt in on the car. This will save you a ton of time bleeding your brakes (not to mention a bunch of fluid).

You want to bleed your master before you put it on the car. Usually, when you buy one, it comes with what you need to do it.
Basically, you run a flexible hose from one of the out nipples (the ones you would hook up your brake lines to) back into the fluid reservoir and fill the reservoir with fluid. Then you use a screwdriver to slowly work the piston back and forth (like you were pressing the clutch if it were on the car) until the air has been bled out (i.e. no more bubbles).
After you have bench bled it, then bolt it into the car and bleed the brakes.
If you don't do the bench bleed process first, it will take you a really long time to properly bleed your brakes.
I hope this helps!

speed bleeders are the key here. Without speedbleeders, you will need help bleeding your brakes. Speedbleeders are a one way valve, that allow air and fluid to exit the caliper, and prevent air from being sucked back in. They will really save you time. If you don't remember to bench bleed the MBC, then you will have no brake pedal pressure and no fluid will go through your brake lines and out your caliper. Then you will get frustrated and start cursing and swearing until the neighbors start getting disturbed. Don't ask.
