Question master cylinder rebuild kit???

Do they make a master cylinder rebuild kit for an 87 TII, and if so were is the cheapest place to buy one, because mine is leaking like a mother f#cker, and eating all the paint off of my frame, and brake booster.

OK if I'm not mistaken, there is a difference between master's with 4 pot front calipers, and with out them. But they say one fits all. WTF. And my TII doesn't have ABS so how can I buy a turbo model master cylinder that is made for one with ABS, because I'm sure there is a difference.

Yeah, I was just looking at that, but they don't sell a rebuilt kit for my car, unless the 89-92 turbo is the same. Is it???

And why is it only like another 50 bucks to buy the whole thing.

Buy a rebuilt cylinder. You'll be happy you did.

often on an older, leaking cylinder there will be pitting and scorring from the years of use on it. rebuilding will only replace seals etc, so you still will be left with a cylinder that needs to be honed/machined to smoothe it out and while your rebuild may be fine initially, may fail much sooner than if you bought a new/reconditioned one.
