Marine 2cycle oil for premix? Good idea/Bad Idea?

I went to autozone and picked up my caliper and to buy 2cycle oil to premix with. They had a lot of off brands and Pennzoil marine 2cycle oil; which is what I bought. Before I go premixing and messing something up I was just wondering if it would be fine to use, it is TCW-3 approved lol. If not I'll probably run to the STIHL store and buy some high performance 2cycle oil. It is really good stuff, but I was already at Advance. I still have my omp btw, I just want to lube a little extra. Going to just use like .5oz/gal.

I don't really know. I'm pretty sure it is though.
It was the next thing I'm going to change.
I just bought this 86 so I'm trying to do the major things first, brake calipers, blockweld the coolant seals back together, etc.
haha

Interested to know what difference this has made in your experience?

I recently dropped my tank and clean/replaced my whole fuel system. I started pre-mixing (with the omp) a few months ago after I replaced the OMP/lines just to have some insurance and I suspected that was part of what was causing my fuel problems.

However after dropping and cleaning the tank, and flushing the old fuel filter, I seriously doubt premix had anythign to do w/ it.
