MAP sensor failure? 0 vaccum reading of 2.0v

Just checked my MAP sensor and I suspect it is misbehaving.

At idle it reads a value of 1.3v which I understand should be fine.

At 0 vaccum with hose disconnected it reads 2.0 volts which I understand to be an incorrect value.

Is it typical for a sensor exhibiting this behavior to need to be replaced? I suspect it is at least contributing to the hesitation I'm getting when the secondaries turn on at positive manifold pressure.

edit: 87 TII

Could the atmo sensor reading incorrectly cause this? I'll check it ASAP.
