Map sensor erratic readings

The map sensor reading has been erratic for some time. I dont know what started it. It wasnt like this before.

Its messing up my timing.
if you look at my timing, it jumps about +/- 1 degree.
here is an image from the rtek logger.

I have the stock restrictor pill in the map sensor line. its exactly an inch away from the sensor, with the small opening on the pill pointing towards the sensor. I bought another restrictor that is 3/32 and put that an inch away from the intake manifold nipple. It smoothed it out a little bit better then without it, but its still erratic. Would teeing it off to an electrical boost sensor smooth it out more?

Where are you pulling boost/vac reference from on the manifold?

I would try a location up near the throttle body, by seeing the boost/vac of only one intake runner the reading can be uneven because of the intake pulses. A location that sees all four intake pulses should be more steady.
