-It's very difficult to put in 1st and 2nd gear... clutch seems to be working fine and 3rd, 4th, and 5th all shift properly... does anyone know whats causing the problem?

low on gear oil, shifter isnt lubed up, or syncros going bad. i would start with putting gear oil in the shifter casing and making sure that the tranny is full of gear oil as well.
75-90 should work just fine
