Manifold porting methods

Don't know where you can send it besides a hot rod shop or performance shop. There's nothing really hard about gasket matching the manifolds...
You can easily do it with a Dremel tool and a number of rotary bits. I prefer rotary files as they love to eat aluminium. Then finish off with a sanding disk to get a smooth transition.

You might get differing opinions on this, mine is that you should keep from making the port sizes much larger than they are now, you can lose a certain amount of velocity from making the ports larger. You can have noticeable improvement by smoothing out casting flash (ridges) and gasket-matching the port openings.
