Question Mallory 6A wiring question

On my leading coil there are 4 wires. But in the following Diagram there are 5 wires. So my question is what wire is not needed?

The diagram Shows the amp having a IGN, +, and -. Is the white wire not needed?

yellow and green and purple are not used.

Yes, you must use the white wire... it goes to the ignitor side of the (-) coil wire that you cut.

So the wire that say "TO IGNITION SWITCH", does not exist on our cars?

I'm also installing a micro-tech. Where does the ignition output wire-up to? Its only one wire, and I believe that its a trigger wire.
