i have an s4 motor with a street port and full rb catback system and i want more power without going to a turbo i want to do the s4 to s5 intake manifold but cant find the link if some one could help with that link that would be cool and what kind of gain would pineapple sleeves get you

The only thing the pineapple sleeves is just have better air flow, if you've seen the stock sleeves they are pretty much cylinders. The pineapple inserts just kind of round the ends of these sleeves so the air flows into the chamber better. Another good upgrade for NAs would be to upgrade the final drive ring and pinion to 4.3, it will give you better acceleration as well as a chance to rebuild/upgrade your lsd.
