Makeing a 88 Turbo II Fast and Reliable??

Ok, my car boost spiked on me 2 weeks ago, motor shuddered, then lost power and finally died and won't start. Before the 15 psi boost spike, the motor ran strong, however it needed the assist of a fuel cut out switch to start. So now I'm getting another motor and I want to be able to drive the car, occasionally race it, but I don't want to blow it up again. Here's a list of my mods and for others tell me what the max boost you think I should run.

Soon to be installed Mazda Reman. engine
New Exhaust Manifold
Stock Turbo with compressor upgraded to To4b wheel and waste gate ported(Turbo has 20,000 miles on it)
All 4 550 injectors are at RC Engineering getting cleaned and flow tested.
Upgraded fuel pump from Rotary performance in TX
Apex S-AFC
Apex AVC-R
Full Racing Beat exhaust with Fuel Cut defender
New Centerforce Dual Friction Clutch
Jacobs Ignition on Leading Coil
HKS Intake
HKS Front Mount Intercooler
HKS Sequential blow off valve

I was running 12-13 psi of boost, evey now and then it would hit 13.5. When I blew the motor I was messing with the AVCR and it spiked to 15 and thats when all power was lost. I checked the turbo turbine for play and it has none. I also have a set of 720cc injectors that I had installed on the car, but it did not run right, did not have power, when I put the 550's back in, it ran much better.. but this could also be due to the fact I probably had low compression in one of the rotors for a long time.

So what do you think, How much boost??
thanks

The stock turbo is still limited to 14pis of boost reliably before it pukes it seals...

Ted, I agree with your input of 14psi and stock turbo. I would like to run 13psi to this new motor and feel with the mods I have I can safely run this.
I'm also considering a Knock Sensor from Rotary Performance to help aid in preventing detonation in the higher RPM ranges.
So what do you guys think, 13psi ok?

Make sure the fuel pump gets reliable power (rewire or volage regulator), and it should be fine...

Seriously reconsider using the 720cc's and getting dyno time for the S-AFC.
