Major Problem
Ok well I tried fixing my Ebrake today by tightening the screw....didn't work. I figured I'll just replace the cables next week so I gave it a break.
Then later I was on my own driveway, I park it in first gear and then suddenly the car rolls back(never done this before) about 3 inches and stops for a second then rolls back another 3 inches. Keeps doing it over and over until I hit the brakes.
My first gear ALWAYS held me up but not anymore...whats going on? Does adjusting the ebrake had to do anything with it? Also when that happens my car takes a looong time to start and sometimes fails.

Haha I started a thread containing VERy similar problems just like you if you search you might find it under "ebrake problem" or something of the likes. About your car not staying still when in gear....I'm not sure what's the deal mine does the exact same thing I have no clue. As far as the ebrake I came to a conclusion that it's the rotors cause my ebrake tightens and everything now. I even bled the whole system again, made sure the ebrake was adjusted right, and I found out that the rotors would slide through. From some advice from others it's the rotors that need to be replaced. I haven't replaced them yet cause I have to go to Kragen and order them, but I should have it done later in the week and let you know the result.
-For now just dont park on hills without curbs!!!

Remember the E-brake should be fully engaged between 4 and 7 clicks of the handle. If it is not, then you want to look at the cable adjustment, cable condition, the rear pad condition as the first could of things to check.

It's just hitting the compression stroke, and slowly passing it, then it moves faster again, kind of stops at the compression stroke, and goes back again. Fix your ebrake or get a brick or something for your tire, and just because it doesn't work now vs before isn't a definite indicator of any problems.
