Major electrical problem! Lights or horn will not cut off!?

Okay I'm having a problem with my 90 NA. The problem is that evertime i go out to it is dead. What is happening is evertime I charge the battery the horn will go off and so will the lights, but unlike what the alarm usually does where it will flash the lights and honk the horns the lights and horn stay on constent.

So i think something is messed up with the alarm or something? Has anyone else had this problem? How do I fix it? How do i permantly disconnect the alarm?

Is it a factory alarm or aftermarket? For an aftermarket, pull the fuse for it under the hood.

Ok after messing arond with it a while it has seemed to stop, kinda. Well the lights are off but when I cut them on they will not cut off, unless I pull the fuse for them in the motor bay. Once I pull the fuse and put it back in they will be off but when I turn them back on they will stay on. I havn't tried hitting the horn to see if it will stay on or not, kinda affraid.

Basically i was just messing around the fuse box inside the car and thats what made it stop. Maybe bad wiring. Also I noticed that my clock came on for a little bit but went off again?! humm.
