Angry I'm Retarded.

So, I finally installed the engine and transmission into my 1990 TII, and after wiring everything up, and filling it up with coolant and oil, I turned the key over...and it started...and ran, for five whole seconds. After it died, I looked under the hood and saw coolant gushing from a crack in the radiator. I must've dropped it when I moved it from my mom's garage, to my current garage.

Then I looked underneath the car and saw oil dripping from where it meets the transmission.

****.

I checked the oil-cooler line, and the oil pedestal, and they were both dry and clean. I then got underneath the car with a 10mm wrench and took off the transmission's inspection plate.

Of course, oil came pouring out.

After cussing for about a minute, I realized what happened. When I put the engine together on the engine stand, I installed the flywheel and clutch as an assembly before I bolted the transmission on. I torqued the flywheel as much as I could, but concerns about tipping the engine/stand over, really weighed heavily on me, and I don't think I torqued the flywheel as much as I should have. In turn, the flywheel was not far enough on the e-shaft, and a gap was present between the shaft and the new rear main seal. At least, that's what I'm hoping the problem is.

I'm going to have to remove the transmission to get to the flywheel, and torque it properly.

This is not going to be fun.
