so i can retain and use my s4 LIM right? thats what it soun ds like to me, and somone already pmed about a s5uim for 100 and he sure it has the rails on it. and does all these vac lines on the s5 go to places on the s4, since i dont have a manual as i lost it i dont exactly know. thanks

The modification of the S5 UIM in my picture was so I could bolt it to the S4 LIM. Make sure you get the S5 primary rail too.

i dont need the secondary then? just primary, and will i need vac hose to do this? i mean i put silicone vac hoses on whole car but was a little short, so buying some more wouldnt hurt my feeling as when i have the tp off im going to change all the rest that were hiding.

No, you need both rails.

Yes, you need lots of 3.5mm vacuum hose.

Yes, but 3.5mm fits better. Given it's NA, the 4mm is fine, but I wouldn't use it in a turbo application.

Silicone lines are slicker than rubber, I used little zip-ties on all my vac ports when I removed emissions and replaced vac hoses (all 3 of them) with silicone. I figured, it couldn't hurt.
