Change your fuel filter

Also, try to avoid increasing the size of the primary injectors. It's usually better to just go with bigger secondaries.

Small primaries are good because they allow for better control of the fuel mixture at idle, cruising, and other high vacuum or low RPM situations.

I hope there's an upgrade fuel pump already installed...

If not, installing one (i.e. Walbro 255lph) should help.
Hell, it might be all you might need (to do).

If its the one in his sig, then he has an fd pump. I haven't messed with those safc, but it may be anywhere from a ground problem to boost cut even though thats at 8lbs. And if stock Tii injectors can control a have bridge with t04e and front mount, it can control yours. I would look into other things.

do you have a fuel cut defender?

Plus, if you like your motor-- you wouldnt boost much past 8 psi with out ignition/timing control from an EMS.

i have the timing at 0 and yes i have a FCD i dont have a way to tune my car right now but i have my Safc high maps at 20+ and i have FD pump and im in the process of rewiring the pump. im been saving money for a AEM eugo A/F gauge but seems that i have the money for it something else happen and is getting harder now with holiday coming and is not that i try to boost it that high it just gets there and when it does i let off so the boost comes down i have BR9EIX gapped at .030 and i fix all my intakes leak that i had so theres 0 leaks at all so should i go for bigger secondary like bigger that 680? thanks

dude i doubt very much you are maxing those 680's out. By that logic all that hesitation you've been having would all be detonation, and that much detonation = kablooie

SAFC is insufficient when it comes to tuning a turbo fc3s with boost above 8 psi.

I will say it again. If you like your motor you wouldnt boost above 8 psi, even if you have a SAFC! Rotaries arent unreliable, their owners are.
