Magnetic oil plug?
anyone using a Manetic oil plug? They sell them for 2 bucks and if it works sounds like a solid investment. Not sure if it has any effects on a rotary.

They definitely aren't harmful, but if you change your oil and filter regularly there shouldn't BE any metal for the magnet to catch. Also, you don't want to get a cheap bolt that will easily round and be a PITA to remove. I change the oil every 2000 miles and just threw in a brand new mazda drain plug/oil pan when I got my TII swap done.

My co-worker used to be a motorcycle mechanic. High performance motorcycles like KTM that rev over 10,000 rpm come with magnetic oil plugs from the factory. Im sold
