So when I start my car every morning now it has a nice slow idle immediately. Actually I sometimes have to tap the gas a bit to get it to catch. But I have no problem with that. Whats weird is that once it hits operating temp it starts bouncing at 1500. I thought the opposite was suppose to happen. I thought I removed all the emissions and put block off plates. Its there something else I should talk off the throttle body?

 

And you made sure when the car is completely warmed up that the TPS is set to 1 volt w/key to on at the TPS Green/Red wire?
