Lug Stud

Does anyone have instructions on how to replace a lug stud, because being idiot i am i brook myn retorquing my wheel, any help would be greating appreciated

yeah, beat the hell out of it to force it back through the hub... then insert the new one... now you SHOULD have a stud sitting where it will be. put the threads into the box end wrench, as if you stuck a pencil through a ring. now put on the lug nut, and tighten all the way down to the wrench, which the box end should separate the nut from the hub. use an impact wrench to tighten the lug until it is somewhat even with the others... by the way, the wrench should turn while using the impact wrench!

the reason for the whole wrench thing is to turn the spinning motion of the lug into a force that will pull the stud through the hole.
