lug space and wheel offset

what is the space between the lug bolts i.e.5x100 on a 1987 t2 and what offsets can i run?????

5x114.5 and if you look in the suspension/wheel forum there is a fairly active thread going on for offsets/wheel/tire sizes on FC's.

What offset you can run is going to depend on the wheel width.
