YES but make sure the offset isnt too negative i say 30- or higher will be better and make sure you dont go too wide

I have 16x8 w/ a +38mm offset, its damn close to the suspension. I could use a 5mm spacer at least.

Yes it's the same bolt pattern just in different untis of measure.
