LSD Question

I have a friend who just bought an RX7 FC. He wants to know if it has a factory limited slip or not. The model is 1989 GXL. Thanks

I take it back for some reason I thought it said 1987 GXL.

lift the rear end, spin one tire. If both sides spin the same direction, its got an lsd.

Factory LSD's have a Tag on the Fill plug..it says use "LSD type fluid only"..you can see it,IF you Lift the Car up..(then you can also do the 'Spin one Tire" thing,But you have to have the Car up OFF both wheels to check).
