Ah man you didn't search...
From the factory:
Series 4 with LSD:
GXL
T2
GTU
optional on the Sport
Series 5 with LSD:
T2
GTUs
optional on the 91 coupe.
Thats it. There are no others unless the dealer/shop or some owner put it in.
Next time you should search first though

got lsd on my 88 SE but i think the mount or something is broken cuz whenever i let the clutch out too fast or press the gas there would be a thump sound from the back.

Don't be fooled - these stock clutch-type LSD's SUCK!  They are known to die by 30,000 to 50,000 miles.  I got my '87 Turbo II hung-up in a steep driveway diagonally one day about 5 years AGO; one tire was in the air, while the other was solidly on the concrete.  The wheel in the air just merrily spun while the tire on the driveway just sat there - pissed me off to think the LSD was dead at only 90,000 miles.

And Ted is correct, depending on driving style The clutch type LSD found in the 84-85 GSL-SE and series 4 cars mentioned above can wear out in as little as 30K miles.
Its more common in climates that see poor weather (like lots of rain or snow or sand) to wear out faster.
