lsd come stock on covertibles?
ok tonight i thought i would do a burnout and see if there was one or two tire marks on the road. i am not sure first of all if this is an accurate way to test to see if you have an lsd on a car. afterwards i drove up and saw there were two nice neat tire marks. i have an 88 convertible... did they come on these cars stock? was that an accurate way to tell if i had an lsd? i do not really want to crawl up under there anytime soon to try to find out. any help would be appreciated.

You dont have an LSD if you are a stock 'vert.
A good way to tell is to get the rear end up on a lift and turn the rear wheels;
If its a standard the wheels will turn in opposite directions. If it is limited slip they will turn the same way.
