LPH on a stock pumps

does anybody know how much the stock N/A and turboII pump flow and how much LPH throw's? thanks

According to the tables on page 30-6 and 30-7 of the on-line FSM:

Normally aspirated has 1.3 lpm (78 lph)
Turbo has 2.2 - 3.3 lpm (132 - 198 lph)

I didn't understand what you meant by the second part of your question.
